PatioPro will extend the warranty period to 15 years at no additional cost from the delivery date, provided the customer has installed the product and completed the product registration form within three months of delivery.

Our warranty is straightforward, with only a few exclusions:

• Damage caused by Fire, Flood, Wind, Rain or Hail;
• Does not cover scratches from normal wear or internal corrosion from steel condensation.
• Abuse, accidents, abnormal loads and improper use;
• Normal wear and tear;
• Alterations or improper installations;
• Removal and re-installation costs;
• Overexposure to the elements;
• Natural minor fading over time;
• Negligent maintenance;
• Windblown objects;
• Stretched or scalloped fabric is caused directly by misuse, such as high winds, storms, or over-tensioning.
