Refunds & Exchanges
At PatioPro, we value your trust. If you change your mind, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- You have proof of purchase.
- The product and packaging are in their original condition, including all manuals and accessories.
- The product is unused and undamaged. Any attempts to assemble or disassemble the product will void eligibility for return.
- The product is in resellable condition, unless it was faulty upon receipt.

Consumer Guarantees
PatioPro products comply with Australian Consumer Law, ensuring that our products:
- Meet acceptable quality standards.
- Are fit for the advertised purpose.
- Match the description or sample provided.
If your product does not meet these guarantees, you may choose to receive a refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required for any refund or exchange, which will be processed using the original payment method.
Online Returns
- For change of mind returns, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. For exchanges (e.g. different kit or bracket size), a return will be processed, and a new order can be made.
- For a faulty product return, the replacement items will be shipped free of charge.
Please send us an email with all necessary details and sufficient evidence of your return.
If your return claim does not meet our policy (e.g., missing proof of purchase, product not in original condition), we may not be able to process your refund or exchange.
Return Guidelines
- You may return or exchange products within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
- All returns require approval from our team. Please contact customer service via email to obtain approval.
- Once approved, the product must be returned within 10 days of receiving the approval.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, but we are happy to assist with paperwork and help secure the best shipping rates.
- Once the product is received and inspected, refunds (minus restocking and shipping fees) will be issued if the product is in as-new condition.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to cover the cost of free delivery and repackaging. This applies to all eligible returns.
Exchanges & Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us via email with a description of the issue, photos, and your proof of purchase. We will handle the rest.
